 Ordering Online Instructions 

 
  1. CHOOSE A MEMORIAL THEN MAKE SURE IT MEETS YOUR CEMETERYS REQUIREMENTS OR THE PLACE THE MEMORIAL WILL BE INSTALLED.  YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT US IF YOU WANT US TO CONTACT THE CEMETERY OR PLACE OF INSTALLATION FOR YOU.
  2. ONCE THE MEMORIAL MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH , AND AFTER YOU HAVE CHOSEN ALL YOUR OPTIONS FOR YOUR MEMORIAL ON THE PRODUCT’S PAGE, THEN YOU ARE READY TO CHECK-OUT, CLICK ON “ADD TO CART” AND THEN CLICK ON “CHECK-OUT”.   CALL US IF YOU WANT TO ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR WANT US TO SEND YOU A INVOICED THREW EMAIL.  (EACH MEMORIAL WILL HAVE DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM ON THE MEMORIAL’S PRODUCT PAGE, SEE BULLETS BELOW FOR EXPLAINATIONS, AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION.)
  3. USE THE "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" BLOCK FOR THE ENGRAVING/OBITUARY INFORMATION LOCATED ON THE CHECK-OUT PAGE.
    PLEASE INCLUDE A DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS.
  4. IF YOU ORDER ONLINE WE ACCEPT MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER WITH SECURE ONLINE ORDERING.  WE CAN USE AUTHORIZE.NET, OR PAY PAL TO PROCESS CREDIT CARDS.
  5. ONCE YOU HAVE ORDERED WE WILL SEND YOU A PROOF OF WHAT YOUR MEMORIAL WILL LOOK LIKE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RECOMMEND CHANGES TO YOUR PROOF.  
  6. ONCE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE PROOF WE WILL START WORKING ON THE MEMORIAL.  YOU WILL RECEIVE THE MEMORIAL WITHIN 8-10 DAYS.
  7. ONCE THE MEMORIAL ARRIVES AT IT'S DESTINATION IT WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR RECEIPT.  A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY, THE MEMORIAL ARRIVED ACCORDING TO THE PROOF YOU APPROVED, AND ALSO STATES THAT THE MEMORIAL ARRIVED WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE. 

Ordering Options and Important Information
  • Do Headstone Need Setting?(MD,VA, &DC Only)-  Choose this option if you want us to install the memorial and only if your located in the Maryland, DC, or the Virginia area, have already coordinated/spoke with the cemetery representative or place of installation First.  Contact the cemetery or the place that the headstone will be installed before you purchase a memorial that we have, AND before you order off of our website.  If you want us to install the memorial for you, talk to the cemetery or other place of installation to see if there are any requirements FIRST.
  • Lift Gate needed?-  Only choose this option if the memorial is being delivered to a residence and the memorial is too heavy to unload by hand.  Also choose this option if the memorial is being delivered to a residence and there is no forklift or special equipment to unload the memorial.  If the memorial is being delivered to a cemetery, or a commercial address you will not have to choose this option because they will most likely have the equipment to unload the memorial.
  • Obituary Layout- This option will let you choose from the different “Obituary Layout” options that are listed on the page.
  • Shipping Location-  If the memorial will be delivered to a commercial address located in the lower 48 U.S. States then choose “Commercial” this will give you Free Shipping.  If the memorial is being delivered to a Residence located in the lower 48 U.S. States choose Residence there is a $50 charge for deliveries to Residential addresses.  Contact us for shipping prices if you are not located in the Lower 48 U.S. States
